Seminar Information

Checkers, Inc., is committed to providing employers with education on drug and alcohol testing and the rules and regulations associated with Federal and State laws.  We have enlisted the help of many qualified presenters from all over the United States, to bring these programs to you.  From all the contacts Checkers, Inc., has made since it's inception, we want to bring you, the business owner, an understanding of just exactly what we are facing in the world of substance abuse.  Given the opportunity to attend one of our sessions, you won't be disappointed!

OUR THIRD SUPERVISOR REQUIRED REASONABLE SUSPICION CLASS AND THE NEW "DER" DESIGNATED EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVE" TRAINING WAS WELL ATTENDED!!!            "JAN KORNMANN WAS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!"

For Reasonable Suspicion, this was a four hour presentation where Supervisors/DER's received their required Federal and State certification. This training allows the DER and Supervisor to recognize the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol abuse within your company and gives you the tools to call reasonable suspicion testing.  IMPORTANT…In order for a Drug & Alcohol collector to do Reasonable Suspicion testing – the person calling for the test must be certified otherwise the collector may not proceed with testing!  Federal Law (DOT) require's at least one person to be certified at all times for compliance.  Montana State Law requires annual certification for any company listed as having a program. These programs are for any new company getting into a DOT required or Non-DOT drug-free workplace program, or any existing company bringing on new supervisors.  DO NOT RELY ON YOUR RANDOMS TO TAKE CARE OF DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROBLEMS FOR YOUR COMPANY!  The new DER (Designated Employer Representative) training was absolutely outstanding.  This is by far the best I have seen in the business.  All the most important things that the head of the drug and alcohol program must know are here.  There are so many new things happening in the drug and alcohol testing industry and Jan Kornmann, KorManagement Service LLC just attended the latest 2010 DATIA Convention in Phoenix and came back with outstanding information for the business owners and DER's of companies.  She did an excellent job and Checkers once again thanks her for a job well done.  The reviews were absolutely awesome.  We had several requests to bring Jan back for another session.  Call Checkers at 1-877-488-5901 and get your name on the list for the next Reasonable Suspicion Seminar!!
