Janette McCollum originally began Checkers®, Inc., with a partner in February 2004. She has remained the constant in the business and has been the sole owner of Checkers since June 2008. She attended UND-Williston studying Financial Office Management. She is originally from Bowbells, ND.

Lynnette Weltikol has been with Checkers since September 2004 and is Checkers Regional Manager serving and managing the Williston and Watford City locations. Lynnette resides in Williston with her husband Jeff and family. She is very involved in the Williston community, loves spending time with her family, her grandchildren and traveling. Lynnette is originally from Lignite, North Dakota.

Rachel Leininger has been with Checkers since April 2012 and is Checkers Sidney Office Manager and Accountant. She attended Montana State University studying Elementary Education. Rachel resides in Sidney with her husband Chance and daughter, Audry. She loves spending time with her family and traveling. Rachel is originally from Bozeman, Montana.
